Boiled Vegie

  1. Fill up the pot with water and boil it.
  2. Put the vege into the boiling water. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes only and don't overcook it. 
  3. The boiled vegetables are ready to be served. 
 I always have the thinking that water boiled vegetables would not be nice unless it is served in soup/steamboat. But hey...this is so awesome nice, sweet and crunchy! It's so delicious until I found this bowl of vegetable is too little for me. You should at least have it once a week as it is good for health. I recommend people who want to loss weight to do so too.  Can you believe it was my dinner?
